No Heart For The Republicans

Apparently they played the very outdated song "Barracuda" by the very outdated group Heart - who? - for Sarah Palin's theme song at the Republican Convention and now they are actually crying because the proper permissions weren't sought nor would they have been granted. Waaaaa! You would think they would be happy that someone is actually listening to their music! Especially someone as great as Sarah Palin...the next Vice President!!

I'm not sure that it's not the RNC that should be offended...
Is that song really fair?
I think Sarah Palin is about the greatest new face/new blood to hit Washington D.C. in a long time, but you know how it is with celebrities and their hatred of anything non-Democratic. I swear there is some kind of clause in their record/movie contracts that says they'll be blacklisted if they ever help a Republican!

I am a Catholic Christian, but not aligned with the Republican party. My best friend is a die-hard Republican. I work for understanding and open-minded dialogue in the political arena, not only with my friends of divergent views, but with my readers on my blog.
Just a gentle reminder that "Christian" does not necessarily mean "Republican".
With love,
Jlo

I've never stated that Christian means Republican. I am Republican and express my own views and opinions as a Republican. I do feel that the Republican party shares more Christian values than the Democrat party...especially on abortion and other culture of life issues which are the most important to me! Thanks for visiting.
